Addressing concerns for your child


Should you have a query or concern regarding your child and need to contact someone in school this is the process you should follow:

1. First point of contact is your child’s teacher.  The vast majority of queries can be resolved with the teacher who has a day-to-day working knowledge of your child’s activities.

2. If after speaking to the teacher you feel you need further clarification, please arrange to speak to Ms Howard who is the Senior Teacher.

3. If you feel the matter is still unresolved, then please phone or email Mrs Kinnersley to arrange an appointment with the Headteacher to discuss your concern.  However, in doing so please give some details of the issue, so that he can investigate the issue in advance in order to reach a swift resolution.
