At school we are currently looking at the value of PERSEVERENCE in assemblies and through other opportunities. This value was demonstrated abundantly when our juniors joined in the Quad Kids tournament at Glossopdale last week.
Both Lewis Fowle (Y6) and Hannah Rowson (Y5) competed in the 600m race even though it took every ounce of energy. They were a credit to the school in terms of their attitude and that of their team mates who enthusiastically supported them. We did not win the tournament but certainly demonstrated a fantastic attitude to facing challenges.
